| We often wonder how we can maximize the
transformational impact we have on the individuals, organizations
and systems with whom we interact — and those with whom we could
interact if we dreamt bigger. Year after year our leadership drive
becomes stronger, our vision more refined, and our impact more enduring. The Transformational Leadership Intensive (TLI) is our response to this soul searching. It is an in-depth program for change agents. TLI is for those who want to deepen their calling, widen their vision, and embody transformational change. It is for those who want to listen and understand others better. It is for those who want to take action to empower others and help them free their creative energies. It is also for those who want to increase fulfillment and joy while deepening their ability to generate positive change. We will invite you into deep moments of reflection, challenge, inspiration, renewal and transformation, giving you greater awareness of yourself, your skills and fortitudes, and the qualities of authentic leadership that are waiting to be brought forth. Intensive Dates The Transformational Leadership Intensive is a year-long in-depth training in four 4-day modules: Module One: October 2008 – Tennessee Module Two: January 2009 – Northern California Module Three: April 2009 – Desert Southwest Module Four: July 2009 – Pacific Northwest Enrollment is limited to 12 participants. Fees The fees are $5,795 for individuals and non-profit organizations, and $6,995 for corporate-sponsored participants. Fees include tuition, materials and meals. Travel and lodging are not included. Mini-Intensive The mini-intensive is an introduction to the full-year program. You will experience the building blocks of leadership renewal and transformation, compressed into a challenging and fulfilling four-day event. It is a stand-alone program that also serves as an excellent preparation to TLI, should you decide to continue on to the full-year intensive. The next mini-intensive will be held June 26-29, 2008 in Mt Vernon, WA. Enrollment is limited to 12 participants. The fees are $1,195 for individuals and non-profit organizations, and $1,495 for corporate-sponsored participants. Travel and lodging are not included. We encourage you to attend both mini-intensive and intensive and will credit 50% of the mini-intensive fees towards intensive tuition.
